Le mot désert à lui seul représente déjà pour nous une véritable invitation au voyage et évoque tout un tas de trucs réjouissants : immensité, sable, suricates, sécheresse, hyène brune, solitude … Oui, nous, ça nous fait envie :)

Le départ de notre escapade est prévu pour fin Avril. Il ne s’agit pas cette fois d’un grand voyage mais de quelques jours que nous consacrerons à parcourir les pistes de la réserve du Central Kalahari, de Deception Valley à Piper pan.

A cette période, on ne sera pas confronté à un climat extrême. Les paysages devraient être assez verts et on dit que c’est un bon moment pour observer les antilopes profitant de l’herbe fraîche, suivies normalement de quelques prédateurs fortement intéressés …
